James B. de los Reyes
Concentrating in Construction Defect and General Civil Litigation.
Mr. de los Reyes has been a member of the State Bar of California since 2011. He handles construction defect cases for the firm and has experience in all phases of civil litigation, including appeals.
Prior to joining Boornazian, Jensen & Garthe, Mr. de los Reyes was an associate with a boutique firm in San Francisco where he represented clients in a variety of complex litigation matters in state and federal court. At UC Hastings, Mr. de los Reyes externed for the Honorable Stuart R. Pollak at the California Court of Appeal, First Appellate District.
Mr. de los Reyes serves on the board of directors for Operation Dignity, a non-profit organization that provides housing and support services to veterans in the Bay Area. He is also a member of the Alameda County Democratic Party’s central committee and frequently serves as an alumni coach for UC Hastings Moot Court intercollegiate competition teams.
Mr. de los Reyes is a member of the Alameda County Bar Association and the Bar Association of San Francisco. He is also a member of the board of directors for the Filipino Bar Association of Northern California.
