John M. Beemer
Concentrating in Construction Defect and General Civil Litigation
Mr. Beemer has been a member of the State Bar of California since 2015. Mr. Beemer handles construction defect and general civil litigation matters for the firm and has experience in all phases of civil litigation in both State and Federal courts. Mr. Beemer also has experience advising clients in their contracts, intellectual property, landlord/tenant, and criminal defense matters.
Prior to joining Boornazian, Jensen & Garthe, Mr. Beemer worked in civil defense litigation and criminal defense firms in the Bay Area, developing himself into both an aggressive litigator and an advocate of underserved clients.
Before attending law school Mr. Beemer, work as an industrial designer at an architectural light fabrication firm in Seattle, WA. His innovative lighting covers corporate campuses across the nation.
Mr. Beemer is a member of the Alameda County Bar Association. He is also admitted to the United States District Court, Northern District of California.
