Michael E. Yakumithis
Concentrating in Construction Defect and General Civil Litigation.
Mr. Yakumithis has been a member of the State Bar of California since 2016. Mr. Yakumithis handles construction defect and general civil litigation for the firm and has experience in all phases of civil litigation.
Prior to joining Boornazian, Jensen & Garthe, Mr. Yakumithis worked as a judicial clerk in the Housing and Environmental Court in Lucas County, Ohio. As a student, Mr. Yakumithis worked full-time as a judicial clerk and also served as a Contributing Articles Editor for the University of Toledo Law Review, was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Society, and served as a Legal Research and Writing Teaching Assistant. Prior to law school, he earned a B.S. in Paralegal Studies with a concentration in Litigation, cum laude, from the University of Toledo.
